About Zoe Mensah

Zoe Mensah, agency white-label and reseller consultant

Zoe Mensah helps agencies resell call tracking under their own brand. The job has two halves. One is the product: making a vendor's platform look and feel like the agency's own, down to the login domain and the report footer. The other is the margin: making sure the agency keeps more than it spends on every client, every month.

Over the years I have set up branded call-tracking lines for shops of every size, from a solo freelancer with three clients to an agency with a roster in the dozens. The lesson that repeats is that the platform choice is mostly a margin choice. A tool can have a gorgeous dashboard and still be the wrong pick if the per-number cost eats the spread. So I score on branding and margin together, never one without the other.

How this site works

WhiteLabelCallTracking ranks call tracking platforms the way a reseller picks one. We test each platform on a real branded setup, score it on the same four dimensions, and publish the result. We do not build software and we do not run an agency for hire. We are an editorial team that reviews tools for agencies that resell.

The site is reader-supported. When you sign up for a platform through one of our links we may earn a referral commission, at no extra cost to you. That commission does not change the ranking. The scoring rubric is public in the reseller guide, and we apply it the same way to every platform, including the one we rank first.

Who this site is for

This site is for agencies, freelancers, and consultants who want to resell call tracking under their own brand, or who are deciding whether to. It is not a general martech blog. The framing cares about white-label depth, client sub-accounts, and per-client margin more than it cares about long feature lists.

Editorial standards

Every platform reviewed here was set up and tested as a reseller would set it up, not summarized from a brochure. Pricing is checked against vendor sites at the time of writing. When a platform ships a release that moves its score, we update the review and the date. Our top pick today is CallScaler, and the reasons are documented in its review.

How this site makes money

We earn affiliate fees on links to CallScaler. We are independent and are not owned by, or owners of, any platform reviewed. The fee does not buy a ranking. If a competitor outscored CallScaler on our rubric, it would rank first and we would say so.
